1. Service Scope & Platform Overview

CameoGuru ("Platform", "We", "Us") acts as a specialized hyperlocal marketplace connecting Event Hosts ("User", "You") with verified event service specialists including Photographers, Videographers, Food Caterers, Decorators, and Sound/DJ Crews operating within your local urban radius.

By accessing CameoGuru or submitting an Event Hiring Plan, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Booking Requests & Admin Approval Flow

CameoGuru operates on an Admin-Verified Reservation Model. When you select vendor specialists and submit your itinerary:

  • Your request is immediately routed to CameoGuru Platform Administrators for schedule and equipment verification.
  • No upfront automated charges or unverified numeric price locks occur at checkout.
  • An official custom itinerary confirmation and verified team assignment is issued to your User Dashboard within 2 business hours.

3. Specialist Team Verification & Conduct

All partner teams displayed on CameoGuru undergo background credential verification, portfolio auditing, and equipment inspection (including Sony Alpha 4K cameras, RED 8K cinema gear, and DJI drone flight compliance).

Specialist teams agree to maintain professional decorum, arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time, and fulfill all core equipment commitments listed in the booking itinerary.

4. Hours Slot Allocations (4 Hours, 6 Hours, Full Day)

Services are reserved based on selected time slot tiers:

4 Hours Slot Covers half-day ceremonies or micro events.
6 Hours Slot Extended reception & multi-session coverage.
Full Day Event Uncapped full day venue coverage.

5. Deliverables & Media Rights

For photography and videography hires, digital cloud album previews and teaser reels are delivered as specified in your agreement. Full high-resolution raw master files remain protected under licensed client usage rights for private personal and event promotion.

6. Cancellation & Support Concierge
